Term of use:

► Two Parties shall order and confirm the service via email, Zalo, Whatsapp… and the designated representative. Each order must show clearly the quantity, passenger’s information, the service locations, time of using the service and specific requirements.

► Airport asssistant service must be booked at least 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance and with the confirmation of service provision from Party A.

► Party A only provides services to Party B when it has received the full information from Party B in accordance with the provisions.

► When there is any change in the service requirements, Party B shall notify via email, zalo, viber or phone to Party A and it is considered valid since the agreement confirmation of Party A. All exchanges and confirmations via phone must be notified and reconfirmed by both Parties via email as a basis for payment.
