Service cancellation policy:

► Cancellation just is approved when there is a confirmation via email of both Parties at least 06 (six) hours in compared to the serving time. The notice after this interval or not, Party B shall pay 100% of the service fee to Party A.

► The maximun waiting time of providing service is 02 (two) hours from the time of service provision which has been confirmed by two Parties. After this interval, passenger has not yet arrived or for any reasons that Party A can not pick-up passenger due to the mistake of Party B or passenger, which means Party B cancelled service and Party B still pays the service fee, except as specified in Contract. In case the passenger is delayed for more than 02 hours, Party A will active update the time and contact passenger.
